Brian returns to Golden Real Estate after a two-year hiatus. An experienced Realtor, he specializes in residential real estate -- both single family homes and condos -- and loves his work! Carrie specializes in working with first-time home buyers, and has experience in purchasing HUD and bank-owned properties. She has a Bachelor's in Finance and has earned the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. She is currently working on her Master's in Real Estate (MRE) and Certified Residiential Specialist (CRS). Jim is the co-founder (with his wife, Rita) of Golden Real Estate. Prior to that, he was a top producer in the Golden office of RE/MAX Alliance, and before that with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. A former journalist who was trained on the city desk of the Washington Post, Jim enjoys writing a weekly real estate column which you'll find in the Golden/Evergreen, Lakewood, Ken Caryl, Littleton and Arvada/Wheat Ridge home-delivered editions of the Denver Post. Born in Maine, Jim was raised in Denver in the mid-1950's and attended M.I.T. in the late '60s.
