A popular member of our office team is our parrot, Flower, who has the title of "Unlicensed Personal Assistant in Charge of Human Relations."  She comes to the office frequently, where she is happy to meet visitors and give them an "autographed" copy of her business card. Flower was born in the year 2000.  As a Yellow-Naped Amazon Parrot, she has a life expectancy of 80 years. As shown in the picture at left, Golden Real Estate has its own moving truck -- seen here in the July 2011 Buffalo Bill Days Parade -- which we make available to our own buyers and sellers, as well as to any buyer of our listings, even when that buyer employs an agent from another brokerage.  Unrepresented buyers of our listings also get free labor and gas!  (Metro area moves only) We also lend the truck without charge to local non-profits and community organizations when it is not in use by a client. Altogether, this truck has saved our clients and those organizations an estimated $100,000 in moving costs over the years!
