Golden Real Estate has its own moving truck which we make available to our own buyers and sellers, as well as to any buyer of our listings, even when that buyer employs an agent from another brokerage.  Unrepresented buyers of our listings also get free labor and gas!  (Metro area moves only) We also lend the truck without charge to local non-profits and community organizations when it is not in use by a client. Altogether, this truck has saved our clients and those organizations an estimated $100,000 in moving costs over the years!
