On this website, you can explore Golden, Lakewood, Arvada, Littleton, Evergreen, Wheat Ridge, or other neighborhoods and cities. Click on Our Listings to see our current listings. In addition, you can search ALL property listings by clicking on Search by Map, which allows you to zoom in and out and drag the map anywhere in the metro area and display every listed property as an icon on that map.  That process allows you to enter various search criteria to narrow the listings which are displayed.  If you mouse over an icon, it displays a picture and limited information about the house.  If you click on the icon, it gives you more detail.

Our Solar Powered Office: On Earth Day, April 22nd, Golden Real Estate was awarded the City of Golden's 2010 Sustainability Award for business in recognition of our commitment to energy efficiency, renewable energy and sustainable practices.  As noted on all our "For Sale" signs, we at Golden Real Estate are "Promoting & Modeling Environmental Responsibility." As shown in the picture at left, Golden Real Estate has its own moving truck -- seen here in the July 2011 Buffalo Bill Days Parade -- which we make available to our own buyers and sellers, as well as to any buyer of our listings, even when that buyer employs an agent from another brokerage.  Unrepresented buyers of our listings also get free labor and gas!  (Metro area moves only) We also lend the truck without charge to local non-profits and community organizations when it is not in use by a client. Altogether, this truck has saved our clients and those organizations an estimated $100,000 in moving costs over the years!
